Shipping Charges
We ship within the Continental US via FedEx, UPS or freight carrier depending upon the size, weight, destination and service level you choose. Expedited shipping is available for many items for an additional charge.
Our standard ground delivery is available within the Continental USA at no additional cost to you. Typically, in stock orders will ship from the warehouse in 2-3 business days. The exception to this would be any of the Deep Seating Collection and cushions.
Although all orders include standard ground delivery, in some cases in rural/hard to reach areas, additional fees may apply. Please call us if you have any concerns regarding delivery to your location.
Most sets and larger orders will be delivered by a freight carrier. You should expect in-transit time of 4-10 days depending on your location. Items that can be shipped by UPS or FedEx expect an in-transit time of 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited shipping and handling is available for many items. Give us a call and we will get the lowest available quoted price for your required level of service. Please note some items can not be expedited due to weight or distance constraints.

Shipping for Deep Seating Collection & Cushion Orders
All of the items from our Deep Seating collection usually ship within 3 to 5 weeks if in stock. This is mainly due to the manufacture of the cushions. All cushion orders usually ship within 3 to 5 weeks. Please also consider transit time for these items. High season for outdoor teak patio furniture is from April through September and it is during these times when shipping occurs in the 5 week range.

Freight Shipping
Products shipped by freight include a few of the pre-assembled and a majority of the assembled furniture we offer as noted on each product's description page. All prices include curb-side delivery. This means the freight company driver will not bring items inside your home. White glove service which includes assembly and placement is available for an additional charge. Please call and one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to help you.
For all of our freighted items our best way carrier will contact you to set an appointment for delivery, they are usually flexible to your schedule within reason. Please make sure you provide us with a good daytime telephone number.
All freight orders that are cancelled or refused without notice after the product has been shipped will be subject to return freight charges.
***VERY IMPORTANT. PLEASE CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON DELIVERY & BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES.***
Special attention is needed for products shipped by freight. It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully! Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves. You can either accept the cartons as damaged or you can refuse them. If you do not note damage on the freight bill, the freight carrier may only accept partial responsibility for the merchandise. You must understand that it is your responsibility to inspect all goods before signing that there is nothing wrong.
If you have received a package that appears to be damaged and you refused delivery, please call us immediately at (800) 554-4170. We will have a replacement sent ASAP.
Damage from UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping
Should you receive a product that appears to be damaged from UPS or FedEx ground shipping, please call us within 3 business days of your receipt. Be sure to have your invoice, order number and shipment tracking number available. We will file an insurance claim and order a replacement for you.
Returns and Restocking
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your purchase from Outdoor Teak Store® you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging material. Please call to obtain an authorization number for the return and to ensure you receive proper credit.
All items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price minus OUR ACTUAL shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the merchandise is defective, damaged in transit, or a result of our error). Therefore customers should insure all returns for the purchase price of the product to protect you in the event of loss or damage.
Returns made without prior authorization may be refused and full credit may not be assessed.

Outdoor Teak Store strives for excellence and to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information and pricing on every product. However, we do not warrant that the content of this site is error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or misinformation from our manufacturers, Outdoor Teak Store reserves the right to adjust pricing and/or cancel an order that was listed at the incorrect price. You will not be charged for an order that has been cancelled.
Colors
The ability of your monitor or printer to accurately reproduce colors can be influenced by many factors beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product colors you see displayed on this site are perfectly accurate.
P.O. Boxes, APO's & FPO Shipping. Boxes, & FPO Shipping
We are sorry, but UPS and FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. If you place an order and list a PO Box in your "ship to" address, we will contact you for an alternate address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, your order will expire. APO's or FPO's can in most cases be accommodated, but we recommend that you call or e-mail us prior to placing your order as additional shipping charges may apply. Because the products we sell ship direct from the manufacturer, we are somewhat limited on the shipping options. Fortunately, many of the companies we are working with realize the need for delivery to military addresses and can ship to APO or FPO.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Exceptions to this are Canada.
Ohio Shipping
Outdoor Teak Store® is located in Ohio and is subject to charge sales tax to all shipments made within the state. A sales tax will be assessed to any order shipped to the state at the time the order is placed. Orders being shipped to Ohio will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7.75%. If the sales tax rate for the county which the order is being shipped is less than 7.75%, the account originally used in the purchase transaction will be credited the difference between the shipping address’s county tax rate and the 7.75% sales tax charged. This credit should post to the aforementioned account within 48 hours of the purchase post date. Outdoor Teak Store requires no action be taken by you as this reimbursement will be handled internally. We appreciate your understanding. Ohio is the only state where tax of any kind will be added.
